Chapter 5.6

Any one of the following methods could be used in proving that quadrilateral ABCD is a parallelogram.

1. 2 pairs of parallel opposite sides

2. 2 pairs of congruent opposite sides

3. Diagonals bisect each other

4. 1 pair of opposite parallel and congruent sides

5. 2 pairs of congruent opposite angles

(5. all pairs of consecutive angles are supplementary)---rarely use
